How to Find Jobs in Thailand

A Jobseeker can find employment through online job portals. The site offers a comprehensive list of jobs by category, industry, city, province, industrial estate, bus route, and company name. Job offers are detailed and include the job description, location, number of positions, salary, qualifications, and how to apply. Some jobseekers choose to post their CV on such portals to promote their resume. However, this can be time-consuming and frustrating.

If a jobseeker fails to show up within sixty days, the licensee must act in accordance with section 39 (2). In such a case, the licensee must reimburse all expenses paid by the jobseeker. These expenses include travel expenses, accommodation, meals, and other necessary expenses. This applies even to non-travelling jobseekers. It is essential that a jobseeker is accompanied by a lawyer or a licensed social worker, because a licensee may refuse to accept money from a jobseeker without their consent.

In some states, there is no need to pay a fee. However, this does not mean that a jobseeker is exempt from paying for the tests. Further, there are no other criteria that must be met to conduct skills testing for jobseekers.
